DOOXIN recently decided to enter into the stage of intelligent manufacturing by evaluating current manufacturing model and quality control modes. As is known, intelligent manufacturing and big data represent the present trend of manufacturing of construction machinery equipment, and they also signify the extent of strength of construction machinery manufacturing. Executives of the company overlooked and saw that in order to maintain competitive advantage and enhance competency of DOOXIN, precision and accuracy level of manufacturing must be substantially improved. 

Against this backdrop, DOOXIN collaborated with a renowned construction machinery telematic supplier based in Wuxi, Zhejiang Province in China. The process involves with remote data controller device being mounted to each excavator that DOOXIN manufactures. By incorporating the device, DOOXIN will be able to view explicit specifications and parameters of each machine, state of operations for each indicator, GPS function showing the position of the machine unit, alarm for the status of any particular parts being at the brink of alert and damage, and lock down any machine units in question. 

The telematic device uses an app called 'Machine Maintenance Lion'. By accessing the app, DOOXIN managers/users are able to monitor the real-time state of operations of each excavator, and inform clients timely any errors or any parts need to be drawn attention. In the mean time, DOOXIN will be able to tell the locations of each excavator scattered in various geographic regions (including foreign regions), so that the picture of overall state of operations of all excavators supplied will be shaped.

Incorproation of the telematic and the app "Machine Maintenance Lion" marks the inauguration of intelligent manufacturing and application of big data for the manufacturing of construction machinery equipment for DOOXIN. The device and the app will help DOOXIN to substantially enhance the level of precision production and accuracy of control in after-sale service and state of use for each excavator sold to customers. DOOXIN will be able to gain knowledge about what parts may easily deteriorate, and what part of the machine may easily fatigue and be damaged. On the basis of such knowledge, DOOXIN may pay special attention on the technique and production process of particular parts, and re-configure the overall manufacturing process to improve product quality.
